God’s Contract With Man
The Pre-condition.
The pre-condition comes before the promise.
For every one of God’s promises there is a requirement.
God says, “If you will do this, I will do that”.
What is the purpose God has for these conditions?
Why doesn’t God just give us the promises?
Do you think we can enjoy the benefits of the promises without meeting the requirements?
Read Jeremiah 29:11.
Do you see a requirement in this promise?
If not see if you can locate one in verses 12 and 13.
Identify the promises God offers us in this scripture?
Do you think “prosper” refers only in the financial sense?
Give some examples of some other ways we could “prosper”.
Read Luke 6:38. What is the message that this verse is illustrating?
What are the requirements?
What is the promise?
Do you think that “give” as used here applies only in the financial sense?
In what other areas do you think it could apply?

Read II Chronicles 7:14.
What two things does God require of us in this scripture?
Why do you think this requirement is so important?
If these requirements are met what three things does God promise He will do?
Why do you think it is so difficult for people to meet these requirements?

God promises to supply all our needs in this verse.
